What actually happens in the session?

You get to choose whether you have something you want to focus on during the hour together, or if you just want to see what your Guides want to share with you and take it from there.

Sonia usually picks 3 cards as she goes into your Akashic Records - but this is dependent on what your Guides are wanting to share with you and may include more.

PLEASE NOTE: This session may also include energetic healing, to release old blocks from your current or previous lifetimes within your Akashic Records. If it does, you are advised to drink plenty of water over the subsequent 24 hours after the session. This helps to facilitate the healing process and allow any old energies to leave your system quickly and effectively.

How quickly can I have the session after I've booked it?

As soon as you can find a slot in the diary! When you pay, you are taken to a link with access to Sonia's calendar, where you can choose your own slot. There are some evening and weekend times available too.

What kind of subjects can we talk about in the session?

Anything at all! This is your session to focus on whatever you need to.

Sonia is extremely highly qualified and skilled at dealing with difficult subjects, including deep Trauma.

Please note, however, that this is only a 1 hour session so some topics may not be explored in full depth within this time. If you feel you would like to go deeper, Sonia has a range of longer term packages which can support you.

I'm neurodivergent - will this work for me?

Definitely! Sonia is extensively trained and experienced at working effectively with a wide range of different neurodivergences, including ASD, ADHD, Aphantasia, Anauralia, Alexithymia and more.

Sonia is also neurodivergent so can bring her own lived experience where it is relevant.

Do you just work with women?

No! Sonia works with any and all genders. What matters is your curiosity and wilingness to explore what's going on for you right now as a human.

Do I need to prepare for the session?

It's up to you. This is your time. You may find it helpful to have a specific challenge in mind that you're struggling with at the moment, or we can go with the flow and see what your guides want to share with you.

This session is a mixture of therapeutic coaching - which gives you a space to explore what's happening in your world in a way that is almost impossible to do on your own - and Akashic Record guidance - which brings in a spiritual element that may highlight deep blocks that you are not aware of in your conscious mind.

Will I get any support outside the session?

No. The "Time to Shine" hour is just that - a stand alone session that you can purchase whenever you need it.

If you feel you would like more ongoing support, please ask Sonia about other ways you can work with her on a more regular basis.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely! All Sonia's 1:1 work is conducted with absolute confidentiality at the heart.

This session will be recorded and a link emailed to you afterwards for you to download and keep if you wish. The recording will be deleted by Sonia after 30 days and no other copies will be stored.

If you would prefer not to have it recorded, please just let Sonia know and she'll be happy to switch that off.

This is what you need to know about your card reading and the booking process

You will be taken to a page where you can enter your card details, following which you will be able to book your reading. You will be emailed a copy of the booking link in case you aren't ready to book it immediately.

· Town & country of birth

All information is stored securely and in full compliance with GDPR requirements. Your data will only be used for the purposes of this card reading.

By submitting this information, you are giving permission for Sonia Davies to enter your Akashic Records at the time of the scheduled reading.

Your permission is given for this one occasion only and Sonia Davies will not attempt to enter your Akashic Records at any time outside of this.
